Mrs. Rebecca Estella MacArthur, 1207 Fourth avenue, died at 10:15 p.m. yesterday of complications. She was born April 26, 1882, a daughter of Edward R. and Esther Filer, deceased. On June 26, 1905, she was united in marriage with Norman C. MacArthur, who survives with one brother, Howard, of Altoona. She was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal church.
