Death of a Young Man.

  George H. MacDonald, youngest son of James P. and Adalaide MacDonald, 
deceased, died yesterday morning at 8 o'clock at his father's 
residence, 1911 Sixth avenue, from a complication of diseases.  He was 
aged 19 years, 3 months and 16 days.  Besides his sorrowing father he 
leaves to mourn the loss of a kind and affectionate brother, one 
brother and three sisters.  These are: James P., jr., Misses Jeanetta, 
Daisey Adelaide, and Mrs. J. E. Gardner.  The funeral will take place 
on Thursday afternoon at half-past 2 o'clock.

Local Brevities.

  The funeral of the late George H. MacDonald will leave the residence 
of his father, No. 1911 Sixth avenue, at 2 30 this afternoon and 
proceed to the Eighth Avenue Methodist church, where services will be 
held, Rev. H. R. Bender officiating.  Interment in Fairview cemetery.  
The friends of the family are invited to be present.
