MISS BERTHA L. MAEDER

Daughter of Frederick and Anna Maeder, died at the home of the parents, 821 
Fifty avenue, this morning at 2:15 o’clock of a complication of diseases, after 
an illness of about one year.  She was born in Altoona on September 7, 1870.  
She is survived by her parents and the following brothers and sisters:  E. F. 
Maeder of Juniata, and George, Anna, Mrs. L. H. Leidy, Herman, Mrs. H. C. Watts, 
William and Frederick, all of Altoona.  She was a member of the Daughters of 
Rebecca.  Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 
o’clock at her late home.  Interment in Oak Ridge cemetery.
