PETER MALOY.

  At the home of his brother, Mr. John S. Maloy, 1122 Fifteenth avenue, 
Mr. Peter Maloy died at 6:45 o'clock yesterday evening, of a 
complication of diseases.  Deceased was aged 55 years and 2 days, 
having been born in Indiana county on November 14, 1844.  He had been a 
resident of this city for the past twenty years.  Four brothers and one 
sister survive him as follows: John S., of Altoona; Frank S., of 
Johnstown; James C., now Brother Rapheal [sic] of the Fathers of the 
Holy Cross, at Notre Dame, Indiana; Michael, of Chicago, and Mrs. Kate 
Miller, of Pittsburg.  He was a member of St. John's Roman Catholic 
church.  The funeral announcement will be made later.
