ANNA GRACE MARKEY

Wife of C.R. Markey of Hollidaysburg, R.D. 2, died at her home 
yesterday. She was born in Bedford county Sept. 30, 1896, a daughter of 
John and Virginia Cowan. Surviving are her husband, one son, Robert B. 
Russell; four sisters and three brothers, Mrs. Margaret Diehl of Enola, 
Mrs. Edith Brantner of Washington, D.C., Mrs. Gladys [smudged] of 
Altoona, Mrs. Pauline [smudged] of Duncansville, George *. Cowan of 
Washington, D.C., Robert C. of Morgantown, W.Va., and Charles C. Cowan 
of Dundalk, Md., and one half-brother, W. C. Replogle of Altoona. Mrs. 
Markey was a member of the Brethren church, Hollidaysburg. Friends are 
being received at the Creamer, VanAllman & Plank funeral home, 
Hollidaysburg. Friends are asked to omit flowers.

MARKEY - Funeral services for Anna G. Markey of Hollidaysburg R.D. 2, 
will be held at the Church of the Brethren, Hollidaysburg, Friday 
afternoon at 2.30 o'clock. Interment in the Presbyterian cemetery. 
Friends are being received at the Creamer, VanAllman and Plank funeral 
home in Hollidaysburg. Please omit flowers.
