Samuel Markley

Died yesterday of lung trouble at the residence of his son-in-law, 
Josiah Riggle, in Logan township, in the 70th year of his age.  He is 
survived by five sons and two daughters - George, Pittsburg; John, 
Logan township; Josiah, Bellwood; Samuel, Bellwood; Asbury, Scotia; 
Mrs. Susie Fleck, Juniata, and Mrs. Josiah Riggle.  Deceased also 
leaves two sisters and one brother - Mrs. Rebecca Barr, Illinois; Mrs. 
Lizzie Beamer, Olivia; John M. Beamer, Snow Shoe.  The funeral will 
take place at 10 o'clock tomorrow forenoon.  Interment in the Antis 
graveyard.
