Mrs. Clara Marks.

  Mrs. Clara S. Marks, wife of M. L. Marks, passed to her eternal rest 
this morning, at the residence of her husband, No. 1514 Third avenue, 
aged 23 years, 7 months.  Death was caused by inflammation of the 
bowels, for which she had been a sufferer for a few days.  The deceased 
was a member in good standing of the Methodist Episcopal church.  The 
funeral will leave her late residence at 10 o'clock, to-morrow morning, 
and proceed to the Chestnut Avenue Methodist Episcopal church, where 
services will be held.  Interment will be made in Fairview cemetery.
