Deceased had been suffering for several years past with rheumatism and heart trouble, which had sapped her vitality and made her an easy victim for her latest malady. She was a daughter of Mrs. Joshua Burley of this place and the late Sanford Worley. She was born near Pennsylvania Furnace May 1, 1882 and lived practically all her young life in tyrone, the family moving here when she was but 4 months of age. On July 26, 1906 she was united in marriage with Godfrey Maurer, who survives with one son, Frederick. She also leaves her mother and one sister, Mrs. P. F. Singler, both of this place. She was a member of the First Methodist Episcopal church of this place. Funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon at 2.30 o'clock, services in charge of Rev. E. G. Sawyer. Interment will be made in Grand View cemetery.
