MRS. ELIZA MAURER 

Wife of George Maurer, died at her home, 1110 Twenty first avenue, 
Sunday morning of a complication of diseases.  Deceased was aged 67 
years,  Besides her husband she is survived by four sons:  Elmer E. of 
Altoona;  William A., of El Reno Okla., and Lewis W., of El Paso, Tex.  
She is also survived by two brothers and one sister, M. L. and Dougal 
McCartney and Mrs. Elizabeth Gardner, all of Altoona, and seven 
grandchildren.  Services at the Union Chapel, Fairview, Wednesday 
afternoon.  Interment in the Maurer cemetery.
