McCACHREN.

  Melvin Ellsworth McCachren, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry R. McCachren of 
Greenwood, died yesterday evening at 5 o'clock, death being caused by 
pneumonia.  He was born Jan. 22, 1916, and is survived by his parents.  
Private funeral services will be conducted at the home on Sunday 
morning at 10.30 o'clock by Rev. M. L. Wilt, pastor of the Greenwood 
United Brethren church.  Interment in Greenwood cemetery.
