McCartney died yesterday morning at 4 o'clock at his home, 1509 Eighth avenue of uremic poisoning after a short illness. He was formerly employed in the paint shop at the car shops. He is survived by his wife and two daughters, Miss Bertha, at home, and Mrs. E. S. Rinehart of Oklahoma. He is also survived by his mother, Mrs. Margaret MacCartney of this city, and the following brothers and sisters: M. B. and E. A. MacCartney and Mrs. E. M. Yarnell and Mrs. J. E. McCullough.
