DEATHS OF CHILDREN.

  Edna McConnell died at the home of her grandmother, Mrs. Matilda 
Haid, 952 Seventeenth street, at 9.30 o'clock yesterday morning, of 
scarlet fever.  She was aged 2 years, 10 months and 2 days.  The 
funeral will be private and will take place at 2 o'clock this 
afternoon; interment in St. John's cemetery.
