DIED.

McCORMICK. - In this city, at an early hour yesterday morning, Marshall 
McCormick, Esq.
  His funeral takes place to-day at 2 o'clock P.M. under the direction 
of Verandah Lodge, No. 532, I.O. of G.T., of which he was a worthy 
member.
