ANN J. McCOY

Of 405 Newry St., Hollidaysburg, died at 8:10 a.m. yesterday, June 13, 1971, 
at Altoona Hospital, where she was admitted May 13, after an extended 
illness.  She was born Aug. 23, 1901, in Hollidaysburg, a daughter of Firley 
L, and Mary Magdeline (Switter) Ferguson, and on Aug. 23, 1921, in 
Cumberland, Md., married John E. McCoy, who died Aug. 27, 1968.  Surviving 
are four children, Thomas E. of Streamwood, Ill., Mrs. Jane Tome of 
Northeast, Mrs. Madalyn Helsel of Heuston and Mrs. Carol Ann Boland of 
Hollidaysburg RD; 12 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and two 
sisters, Mrs. Hilda Africa of Altoona and Mrs. Dorothy Siemucha of Niagara 
Falls, N.Y.  Mrs. McCoy was a member of the Hollidaysburg United Methodist 
Church, Faithful Workers Sunday School Class and WSCS.  Friends will be 
received in the Plank Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg, from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 
2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow and in the church after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
