  Mrs. Sarah Jane McCoy died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. A. 
Ambrose, at Bellwood on Saturday evening last.  She suffered from 
asthma for many years.  Deceased was a native of Indiana county and was 
aged 63 years, 5 months and 9 days.  Her husband, James L. McCoy, died 
a number of years ago.  Mrs. McCoy has been a life-long and faithful 
member of the Methodist Episcopal church.  The McCoy family were 
residents of Tyrone a number of years, Mr. McCoy being one of our 
active citizens.  One daughter, Mrs. Ambrose, survives.  Mrs. J. A. 
Crawford, of Tyrone, is the step-daughter, and George B. Reed is a 
nephew of the deceased.  The funeral will occur tomorrow and will be 
private.
