MISS RACHEL E. McCURDY

Of 2815 6th Ave., died at her home at 1:30 p.m. yesterday, after 
several months illness. She was born in Altoona Dec. 3, 1889, a 
daughter of James M. and Sarah (Johnston) McCurdy. Surviving are a 
sister, Miss Florence E., and a niece, Miss Helen A. Fields, at the 
home. Miss McCurdy was a member of the Eighth Avenue Methodist Church, 
the Upright Bible Class, W.S.C.S. and Wesleyan Service Guild. Friends 
will be received at the Stevens Mortuary after 2 p.m. tomorrow.
