MRS. ANNIE McDERMOTT,

Widow of Henry McDermott, died at 5.50 p.m. Saturday of a complication 
of diseases, at the residence of John W. Woods, jr., 1525 Bell avenue.  
She was born in England, December 11, 1872.  Mrs. McDermott had been a 
resident of Altoona for ten years and had been a widow for sixteen.  
She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church and is survived by 
the following: Her mother, Mrs. Jane White of Mines; and these sisters: 
Mrs. Bessie Dixon of Mines; Mrs. John W. Woods and Miss Priscilla White 
of this city.  The remains will be taken to the residence of Mrs. John 
Dixon, at Mines, on this evening's train, and the funeral will take 
place tomorrow afternoon at 1.  Interment in Royer cemetery.
