JAMES W. McDONALD

Aged 65, a former resident of Altoona, died at his home, 260 South --
den avenue, Trenton, N.J., yesterday.  He had been employed in the
Twelfth street blacksmith shop of the Altoona works, later being
transferred to Olean, N.Y., and then to Trenton, where he held the
position of foreman.  The body will arrive in Altoona at 3.17 o'clock
tomorrow afternoon and will be taken to the home of a nephew Cyril F.
Forr, 2423 Fifth avenue.  The funeral will be held Saturday morning
with requiem mass at 9.30 o'clock in Sacred Heart church.  Interment
will be made in St. John's cemetery.  Surviving are his wife, nine
grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Martha Mumma of Philadelphia, and a
number of nieces and nephews.
