JOHN T. McDOWELL.

  John T. McDowell, a native of Altoona, died at his home, 830 North 
avenue, North Braddock, on Wednesday.  He was born in this city, 
November 26, 1864, and resided here until twelve years ago.  He is 
survived by his wife and the following children: Brown, Marion, 
Eleanor, Herbert, Elvira, Mary and Ralph, and the following sisters: 
Mrs. Suan Shaver and Mrs. Lydia Crause, of Altoona; Mrs. Minnie 
McIntyre, of New Haven, Conn., and Mrs. Laura Guise, of Pittsburg.
