MELANCHOLY SUICIDE

  A young lady named Mollie McGee, who was engaged in sewing at Geo. R. 
Barndollar's in Woodberry, committed suicide on Sunday morning last by 
hanging herself with a rope to the limb of a tree.  She was a most 
estimable and intelligent young lady, was seemingly in the best of 
spirits only the night previous, and no cause can be assigned for the 
commission of the rash act.  Her mother resides in Martinsburg.
