Death of Mrs. Dennis McHugh.

  Mary, wife of Dennis McHugh, died yesterday afternoon at the 
residence of her husband, 1910 Twelfth avenue, after an illness of two 
weeks, the cause of death being congestion of the lungs.  Deceased was 
aged 31 years, 6 months and 11 days.  During the early part of her life 
she resided in Wilkesbarre, where three brothers and three sisters of 
the deceased still reside.  One brother, Peter Meehan, is a resident of 
this city.  Besides her husband she leaves three children - a boy and 
two girls.  The arrangements for the funeral had not been completed 
last evening.

Local Brevities

  The funeral of Mrs. Mary McHugh will take place this morning, at 8.30 
o'clock, from the residence of her husband, 1901 Twelfth avenue.  The 
cortege will proceed to St. John's Catholic church where services will 
be held.  Interment in St. John's cemetery.
