McINTIRE Of Loop, widely known employe of the Pennsylvania Railroad company in Altoona, died at his home at 4 o'clock Wednesday afternoon after a short illness. He had been ill four days suffering from pneumonia. Mr. McIntire was born on May 3, 1898, a son of Abraham and Jenny (Helsel) McIntire, and was married in 1919 to Miss Mable Free of Frankstown. Surviving are the widow and three children, Howard, Betty and Richard, all at home, and three brothers and three sisters, as follows: Mrs. Margaretta Finnegan of Altoona, Mrs. Pearl Snowberger of Loop, Mrs. Dora E. Puliensky of Cleveland, Russell J. McIntire of Loop, James T. McIntire of Lakemont and Kenneth McIntire of Eldorado. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran church of Hollidaysburg. The body may be viewed at the family home. McINTIRE - Funeral services for the late Homer A. McIntire will be conducted by Rev. Stanley M. Kemp. Services will be held at Zion Lutheran church, Hollidaysburg, on Saturday afternoon at 2.30. Interment following in McIntire cemetery. Friends are being received at the home.
