McIntyre, a resident of Gaysport, aged 67 years, 2 months and 14 days, died at his home on Bedford street, Gaysport, at 5 o'clock, last Tuesday morning after an illness of seven months of complication of diseases. He was the son of James and Mary McIntyre (deceased) and was a resident of Blair township until the last twenty years when he moved to Gaysport. He was a member of the United Brethren church. He was married in 1872 to Mary Jane Helsel, who survives him with one daughter, Mrs. G. L. Nokes of Gaysport, and three grandchildren, John, Ethel and Dorothy Nokes, and James, deceased, and two sisters and one brother, Priscilla Lyons, of Loop station; Levenia Saunders of Philadelphia and A. L. McIntyre of Loop station. Public funeral services will be held at his home on Bedford street Thursday afternoon at 3.30. Interment in the Presbyterian cemetery.
