McKEE Well known resident of Roaring Spring, died at his home, 319 East Main street, Sunday morning at 2.45 o'clock, having been in a serious condition since last Tuesday. Mr. McKee was a son of Amos and Elizabeth (Gates) McKee and was born at Bloomfield Furnace on Aug. 16, 1994. He was educated in the Roaring Spring public schools, was a member of the Methodist church and of the Eagles and Knights of Pythias of Conemaugh. Mr. McKee was a veteran of the Spanish-American war and was a member of the United Spanish War Veterans. He had served with company C, 5th regiment of volunteers of Hollidaysburg. He was living retired, having been formerly engaged in the hotel business and as a steel worker. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. H. A. Beightal, with whom he made his home, and a brother, C. P. McKee, of Altoona. McKEE - Funeral services for the late Harry D. McKee of 319 E. Main St., Roaring Spring, will be conducted by Rev. W. W. Banks of Trinity Methodist church. Services will be held at Trinity Methodist church on Tuesday at 2.30 p.m. Interment following in Greenlawn cemetery. Friends are being received at 319 E. Main St., Roaring Spring.
