MISS ANNA McKIERNAN

Of 1308 Sixth avenue, died this morning in a Pittsburgh hospital.  She had gone 
to Pittsburgh to spend the week-end with her nephew, Fred McKiernan, and was 
taken ill while there.  A native of Altoona, she was the daughter of the late 
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas I. McKiernan.  Her father for many years was the general 
foreman of the carpenter department of the Altoona machine shops.  She is 
survived by two sisters and one brother, Mrs. Grace V. Banholzer of 
Hollidaysburg and Miss Mary and Grier McKiernan of the Sixth avenue address.  A 
brother, Thomas E. McKiernan, died several months ago.  She was a member of the 
Catholic church.
