McLaughlin, the young man who was killed yesterday morning in the P.R.R. yard, this city, was twenty-six years old at the time of his death, and will be buried from his father's residence, on the corner of Fourteenth avenue and Eleventh street, on Sunday afternoon at two o'clock. At the battle of Antietam, Joseph, an elder brother of his, was killed, and about two weeks ago his only child, a little girl, died. Truly "in the midst of life we are in death." Yesterday morning the smiling face and merry laughter of the deceased young man could be seen and heard, but now that smiling face and joyous voice rest silent in death. Father Time has claimed him.
