WILLIAM W. M'NAMARA.

  At 8.25 o'clock yesterday morning William W. McNamara, of 1312 
Eighteenth street, died at the Altoona hospital of appendicitis, with 
which he had been ailing for several days.  Deceased was aged 68 years, 
was a former resident of Hollidaysburg, and had resided in this city 
for many years.  His wife preceded him to the grave ten years ago.  He 
is survived by these children: James D., William B. and Thomas L., all 
of Altoona; Cora, wife of Dr. J. C. Cummings; --?-- K., Jennie and Mary 
L., all residing at home.  The remains will be taken to Hollidaysburg 
on the 1.50 train Saturday afternoon, and interment made in the 
Presbyterian cemetery at that place.

FUNERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS.

  The funeral services over the body of the late W. W. McNamara will be 
held at the family residence, 1312 Eighteenth street at 10 o'clock this 
morning.  On the 1.50 o'clock train the funeral cortege will proceed to 
Hollidaysburg where the interment, which will be private, will be made.
