Things Briefly Told.

  Mrs. Hannah McPherson, residing a short distance north of this city, 
died yesterday morning at 11 o'clock.  She was aged 88 years, 11 months 
and 21 days.  Her funeral will take place this afternoon at 3 o'clock, 
from her late residence.  Interment at the old burying ground near 
Collinsville.
