WALTER E. MEASE
 
  Walter E. Mease, former Tyrone resident, died in a Rochester, N.Y. 
hospital Tuesday at 6:30 a.m.  He had been in failing health some time.  
  He was born April 20, 1883, at  Pleasant Gap, the son of Edward C. 
and Annie E. Mease.  He was married in Tyrone in 1905 to Isabell  
Clark.  
  Surviving are the widow, two daughters, Mrs. Clyde Holt and Mrs. 
Herbert Waffle, Rochester,  N.Y.;  a granddaughter, two sisters, Mrs. 
S. O. Smith and Mrs. William Dalby of Tyrone, and a brother Elliott 
Mease of Tyrone. 
  He was a plumber.  He was a member of the F. and A. M. of  Rochester. 
  Funeral services will be held on Friday afternoon.
