MRS. SARAH JANE MECK.

  At 5.30 o'clock Saturday morning Mrs. Sarah Jane Meck, wife of Lewis 
C. Meck, of 1708  Sixth avenue, died of dropsy.  She had been ailing 
for several weeks.  Deceased was born in Mifflin county and was aged 43 
years, and 5 days.  She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church.  
Besides her husband she is survived by the following children, Harvey, 
Raymond, Edna and May; also by four brothers and two sisters.  The 
remains will be taken to Burnham, Mifflin county on seashore express at 
7.15 o'clock this morning.  Interment will be made at that place at 
2.30 this afternoon.
