MRS. BERTHA RHODES

Of 804 First avenue, died at her home at 5 o'clock this morning.  She was 
born at McVeytown, a daughter of W. L. and Nancy Ann (Kiefhaver) Rhodes.  
Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Minerva Tate of the city, and several nieces 
and nephews.  Mrs. Miles was a member of the Bell Avenue Baptist church and 
the Friendship class of the Sunday school.  Friends will be received at the 
home after 7 o'clock this evening.

MILES - Funeral services for Mrs. Bertha A. Miles, of 804 First avenue, will 
be held Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the home, in charge of Rev. W. C. 
Thomas.  Interment in Oak Ridge cemetery.  Friends are being received at the 
home.
