MILLER

  Mrs. Bertha May Miller, daughter of Samuel and Jane Rhodes of McKee, 
died on last Tuesday in Johnstown.  She was born May 13, 1882, and is 
survived by her husband, Harvey Miller of Johnstown, her father and 
mother and three brothers and one sister as follows: Emanuel Rhodes of 
California, Robert of Johnstown and Percy of the Philippine Islands and 
Mrs. Emma Ellenberger of Schellsburg, Bedford county.  The remains were 
brought here today and taken to the home of a cousin, John Gorman of 
114 East Walnut avenue.  Services were held at the house yesterday 
afternoon at 3 o'clock followed by interment in the Lutheran cemetery 
at Newry.
