All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ _______________________________________________ Shortly before 6 last evening Mrs. Eliza Miller, a former resident of this city, died suddenly of heart failure at the home of her husband, Joseph Miller, who resides on W. B. Bancroft's farm, near Hollidaysburg. Deceased was born in Centre county 31 years ago and had lived in Altoona seven years. In religious belief she was a Christian Scientist. Her father, Peter Neese, three sisters and a brother survive, in Centre county. They are: Mrs. Ira Ohl, Mrs. James McCool, Mrs. Howard Foust and Adam Neese. One sister, Mrs. J. A. Bailey, lives in Huntingdon county. The body will be removed to the undertaking establishment of Stevens & Son today, from where the funeral will take place at a time to be determined upon.
