Yesterday afternoon at half-past 12 o'clock Mr. Emory F. Miller died at his home at No. 1907 Union avenue, of pneumonia, after an illness of about one week. He was aged 29 years and was a conductor on the mountain division of the Pennsylvania railroad. In that capacity he was ever faithful and attentive to his duties and deserved the respect which was shown him by others. Mr. Miller leaves a wife and four children - two sons and two daughters - the eldest being eight years old. He was a member of the First Methodist Episcopal church; of the Pennsylvania railroad relief fund, and of Excelsior commandery No. 66, Knights of Malta. The time for the funeral will be announced to- morrow. Morning Tribune, Altoona, Pa., Monday, January 5, 1891 Local Brevities. The funeral of Emory F. Miller will take place from his late residence, No. 1907 Union avenue, at 2 o'clock to-morrow afternoon to proceed to the First Methodist Episcopal church, where the pastor, Rev. D. S.
