Miller died yesterday morning at 9 o'clock at his home, 2733 Seventh avenue of pneumonia after a two weeks' illness. He was stricken while at work in his barber shop, Union avenue and Twenty- fourth street. He was born in Hollidaysburg on April 5, 1886, and was married in Blair county eleven years ago to Miss Helen Gonter. Surviving are the mother, Mrs. Anna Miller of this city, the widow and three children: Helen, Regina and Marjorie, and the following brothers and sisters, John in the aviation corps at San Antonio, Tex., Joseph, William, Paul, Catherine and Anna, all of this city. He was a member of the Sacred Heart church and of Altoona council Knights of Columbus.
