MILLER Died at 4.10 p.m. Thursday in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ina Shoemaker of 423 S. Market St., Martinsburg. Mrs. Miller had been an invalid for seven years. She was born Jan. 16, 1863, at Bakers Summit, a daughter of John B. and Mary (Croft) Pote. Her husband, David B., whom she married Aug. 8, 1889, at Woodbury, died Nov. 2, 1922. Surviving are five children, Palmer of Bakers Summit, Mrs. Virgie Eshelman of Martinsburg RD, Ernest P. of Juniata Gap, Sherwood E. of Duncansville and Mrs. Shoemaker; one step-daughter, Mrs. Effie Markley of Cresson; 17 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, five great-great- grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Sadie King of Waterside. She was a member of the Woodbury Church of the Brethren. Friends will be received in the Byers Funeral Home, Woodbury, from 7 p.m. today until 1 p.m. Sunday and thereafter in the Holsinger Church of the Brethren.
