RONALD D. MILLER 

  Ronald D. Miller, 66, of RD4 Box 26E, Tyrone, died Wednesday evening, 
December 27, 2006 at the Tyrone Hospital Emergency Room.
  He was born January 9, 1940 at Fuoss Mills, a son of the late Joseph 
Porter and Edna Florence (Faust) Miller.
  He was married August 9, 1960 at St. Matthew Church, Tyrone to Diane 
E. Bressler.
  He is survived by his wife and six children: Rhonda Sue Miller of 
Bellwood; Ronald D. Miller, Jr. of Coalport; John P. Miller (Freida) of 
Tyrone; Robert E. Miller of Tyrone; Teresa Miller and Brandi J. Berry 
(Jon) of Tyrone; 17 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Also, 
two sisters and one brother: Dorothy Hanna of Altoona; Donna Fink 
(Daniel Smith) of Tyrone and Melvin "Mike" Miller (Peg) of Tyrone and 
several nieces and nephews.
  He was preceded in death by a daughter, Diana "Niney" Dean and great-
grandson Donald E. Dean IV and brothers: John, Wayne Paul, Gary and 
Joseph P. Jr.
  He was a member of St. Matthew Church and a graduate of Tyrone Area 
High School in 1959. He was a member of the Hookies Fire Co. 
  He had been employed at Tyrone Automotive Supply for 18 years and Big 
Yank Corp. for three years and presently at Johnson Auto Parts and 
Miller Auto Parts for the past 22 years.
  There will be no viewing.
  A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 30, 2006 at 11 
a.m. at the Derman Funeral Home, Inc., Tyrone, with Fr. Joseph T. Orr 
officiating. Interment will be at Oak Grove Cemetery.
  Friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday one hour 
before the service at 11 a.m.
  In lieu of flowers, contributions to the family would be greatly 
appreciated.
