ROBERT J. MILLS, JR. 

  Robert J. Mills, Jr., 59, of RD5 Box 47, Tyrone, died after a lengthy 
illness on Sunday, April 29, 2007 at Laurel Crest Manor, Ebensburg.
  He was born August 24, 1947 in Tyrone, the son of the late Robert J. 
and Geraldine A. (Watters) Mills, Sr.
  In 1976 he married Barbara Jean Boyog who survives.
  Also surviving are three daughters: Michele Fisher (Richard) of 
Tyrone, Molly Kephart (Trevor) of Osceola Mills and Amanda Barschefski 
(Eric) of Altoona and six grandchildren.
  He was a member of St. Matthew Church in Tyrone and a graduate of 
Bellwood-Antis High School in 1967 where he proudly played three 
positions on the football team - end, guard and tackle. He was also the 
guard of the team water bucket.
  He retired as a landscaper from Penn State University after 25 years 
service.
  He will be greatly missed by his whole family.
  Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 3, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the 
Derman Funeral Home, Inc., Tyrone, with Rev. Fr. Joseph T. Orr 
officiating. Interment will be at Blair Memorial Park.
  Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2 to 4 
p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
