He was born in Italy on March 27, 1884, a son of Ventua and Trisa (Cilia) Mincin. He was a mason by trade and was a member of the Catholic church of Saxton. Surviving are his wife, Rose (Magnan) Mincin, his mother in Italy, one brother, Frank Mincin, of Altoona, one sister, Mrs. Ida Rittori of Italy, and a number of nieces and nephews. Friends are being received at the N. A. Stevens mortuary. MINCIN - The funeral of Carl Mincin of Saxton, formerly of Altoona, will be held Wednesday morning with requiem mass at 9 o'clock at Mt.
