Moffitt Died at Parents Home on Pennsylvania Avenue This morning at four o'clock Mrs. Olive E. Biddle Moffitt died at the home of her parents, Rev. and Mrs. E. J. Biddle, 1410 Pennsylvania Avenue of Bright's Disease. Mrs. Moffitt had been in failing health for sometime and three weeks ago she was brought from her home 1533 Second Street, Altoona to the home of her parents, where she gradually grew weaker until she fell asleep this morning. Olive Esther Moffitt was a daughter of Rev. E. J. and Mrs. Annettie Miller Biddle. She was born in Tyrone April 15, 1894 and resided here until her marriage with Herman C. Moffitt May 29, 1918. Surviving the death are the husband, the parents, one son, Herman Clinton Jr., and two brothers Robert Biddle and Joseph, of Tyrone. Mrs. Moffitt was a sincere Christian young woman and fully prepared for the change that took place early this morning. She had many friends here and in Altoona who will regret to hear of her death. She was a devout member of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church, Altoona. Private funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 at the Biddle home on Pennsylvania avenue, conducted by Rev. E. I. Wilburn pastor of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church, Altoona. Interment will be made in the Logan Valley cemetery, Bellwood.
