James Morgan, Sr.

Died this morning at 4:55 from heart trouble, aged 83 years.  He was 
born in Ireland in County Louth, came to America in the spring of 1829, 
located in Hollidaysburg the same year, and has resided in Altoona 
since 1862, where he has been a respected citizen.  He leaves to mourn 
their loss three children - James, jr., Peter and Mrs. Wm. Fluke - all 
residing in Altoona.  The old gentleman breathed his last at the 
residence of his daughter, Mrs. Wm. Fluke, 1315 Sixth avenue.  The 
funeral arrangements will be announced later.
