He was born May 11, 1887, at Van-Scoyoc, Blair County, Pa., the son of John and Hannah (Stonebraker) Morrissey. On March 8, 1908, at Cumberland, Maryland, he was united in marriage with Minnie Magill. He is survived by his wife and these children: Wilbur Morrissey, John Morrissey, Mrs. Richard Isenberg, Mrs. Gladys Raling, Mrs. Clair Harper, Robert Morrissey, William Morrissey, all of Tyrone; Mrs. Daniel Maule, Bridgeport, West Virginia, Mrs. William Blake, Philipsburg; these brothers and sisters: Mrs. Annie Lehner, William Morrissey, Mrs. Clyde Little, Arthur Morrissey, Tyrone and Charles Morrissey, Turtle Creek. Mr. Morrissey was a member of the Blazing Arrow Hook and Ladder Company. He followed the trade of carpenter. Friends are being received at the Graham and Getz funeral home. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock at the Graham and Getz funeral parlors, conducted by Reverend W. W. Willard. Interment in Grandview Cemetery, Tyrone, Pa.
