MORROW Of 5400 Grandview avenue, retired employee of the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, died at his home at 1:15 o'clock Saturday afternoon of a complication of diseases after two months' illness. He was born at Martinsburg, Dec. 3, 1860, a son of James C. and Martha (Blessing) Morrow and grew to manhood there. In 1887 he came to Altoona and entered the railroad service, being employed in various capacities, retiring July 1, 1926 from the storehouse department. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Annie (Brown) Morrow; two daughters, Mrs. George W. Lamca and Mrs. Calvin H. Wallace, both of this city; seven grandchildren; one sister and two brothers: Mrs. H. R. Smith, George E. and J. Brown Morrow, all of this city. He was a member of the Grace Lutheran church of Camp No. 31, P. O. S. of A. and the Middle Division veterans association. Funeral services will be held at the late home at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Interment will be made in Fairview cemetery at Martinsburg. Altoona Mirror, Altoona, Pa., August 11, 1930
