DANIEL D. MOSES

Of Newry, died at Hillview Nursing & Convalescent Home at 5 p.m. 
yesterday, March 7, 1972, after a lengthy illness. He was born May 20, 
1885, at East Freedom RD, the son of David and Melinda (Glass) Moses, 
and in 1906 married Elizabeth Thompson, who preceded him in death. 
Surviving are four children, Gerald, of Catfish, Mrs. Helen Martin and 
Mrs. Beatrice Wilt of Hollidaysburg and Delmont of Leamersville; 16 
grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and a brother, John of Reservoir. 
Mr. Moses was a retired PRR blacksmith. He was a member of St. 
Patrick's Catholic Church, Newry. Friends will be received in the 
Barefoot Funeral Home, East Freedom, after 7 p.m. today.
