MOSES.

  Mrs. William Moses died at the parsonage of St. Paul's Methodist 
church at Harrisburg at 11 o'clock Sunday morning after a lengthy 
illness.  She recently underwent an operation for cancer of the 
stomach.  She will be remembered by Altoonans, her husband a number of 
years ago having been pastor of the Fifth Avenue Methodist, and more 
recently the Walnut Avenue Methodist church of this city.
