MOYER Of 128 Willow avenue, died at his home at 9 o'clock this morning after a short illness. He was born on May 14, 1871, in Loganton, Clinton county, a son of William and Emily (Murray) Moyer. Mr. Moyer retired as an engineer on the Pittsburgh division in 1940 and was a member of the Loganton Evangelical church, Hiram lodge, No. 616, F. & A.M., the Williamsport consistory, Jaffa Shrine, and the B. of R.T. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Minerva (Shope) Moyer; one daughter and one son, Miss Mada, at home, and John W., of York; two grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Beulla Gates of Curwensville and Mrs. Mary Garber of Lewistown. Friends will be received at the Axe funeral home after noon Friday. MOYER - Funeral services for Peter M. Moyer of 128 Willow avenue, will be held at the Axe funeral home at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon by Rev. H. B. Heisey. Interment in Alto-Reste burial park.
