Myers Word was received in Tyrone yesterday announcing the death of Harry K. Myers, a former resident of the town, but of late years of Wilkinsburg, Pa. Mr. Myers passed away suddenly at noon Wednesday in Kittanning, Pa., where he was on a business trip, death being due to heart trouble. Harry Krider Myers was a son of Henry and the late Nancy (Krider) Myers and was born near Warrior's Mark on May 23, 1860. About thirty- three years ago he was united in marriage with Miss Belle Hurley, of Tyrone, who with one son, J. Burley of Pittsburgh, survives to mourn the death of a devoted husband and loving father. He is also survived by one brother, Allen C. Myers, at Johnstown, and one sister, Mrs. William T. Canan, of Tyrone. Deceased was an active and devoted member of the First Presbyterian church. He was also a member of the Masonic lodge. Funeral services will be held at the later home in Wilkinsburg, this evening and the remains will be brought to Tyrone on the 12.35 train tomorrow afternoon and taken to Grand View cemetery for interment.
