DEATH OF SAMUEL MYERS.

  On the 22nd inst., at 613 2nd ave., Altoona, Pa., Samuel Myers, aged 83 
years, 11 months and 22 days.  Mr. Myers was born at McKees Gap and lived in 
that vicinity until this spring, when he moved to Altoona.  He leaves a wife, 
four sons and two daughters to mourn the loss of a father.  Four children had 
preceeded him to the spirit world.  His remains were interred at Newry, the 
place where his ancestors are sleeping their long sleep.  May he rest in 
peace.
