WILLIAM M. NEARHOOF DIES AT HOME IN TIPTON
 
  William M. Nearhoof, a resident of Tipton for 37 years, died at his 
home at 5:20 o'clock this morning after a brief illness.  
  He was born in Antis Township November 26, 1869, the son of Michael 
and Elizabeth Wheelling [sic] Nearhoof.  
  He is survived by two sisters: Mrs. Susan Shaffer, Bellwood; and Miss 
Elizabeth Nearhoof, Tipton.  
  He was of the Lutheran faith.  
  Friends will be received after 2 p.m. Friday at the Fuoss Funeral 
Parlors, Bellwood, where funeral services will be held Saturday 
afternoon at 2 o'clock in charge of Rev. Edward Z. Uttss, pastor of the 
Bellwood Methodist Church.  Burial will be made in Asbury Cemetery.
