Mrs. Caroline Beecher Nissley (nee Kunkel) wife of Christian G. Nissley, after a short illness died at the family residence, 214 Harris street, Harrisburg, Sunday morning, November 26, at 5 o'clock. Funeral services were held at the home yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. E. N. Kremer, D.D., of the Salem Reformed church of which the deceased was an active and faithful member, in charge; burial in the Harrisburg cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. Nissley were residents of Tyrone from 1889 until 1896, residing at 203 West Ninth street. Mr. Nissley came here in July 1888 and had charge, as proprietor, editor and publisher of the Tyrone times. Mrs. Nissley had many friends in this place who will be sorry to learn of her early demise. Besides her husband, the deceased is survived by three daughters, to all of whom the heartfelt sympathy of this community is extended in this the hour of their great affliction.
